We provide complimentary standard shipping for orders over $100. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery; please note that specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
In addition to standard shipping, we offer expedited shipping options for a supplementary fee, as detailed on our website. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition with attached tags. Please initiate the return or exchange process by contacting us at info@playground.ca with your order number and reason for return or exchange.We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s) to us. Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will issue a refund or exchange the item(s) for you.
Please note that return shipping expenses for international orders are not covered by us. International customers are requested to reach out to us at info@playground.ca for detailed instructions on initiating a return or exchange process.
